SAINTS METHODIUS AND CYRILL INSTITUTE OF THEOLOGY
OF BELARUSIAN STATE UNIVERSITY:

As in other European universities, the Institute is a part of the leading university of the Republic of Belarus – Belarusian State University,

- The students of the Institute of Theology get excellent classical education in the field of philosophy, Christian religious doctrine, the study of culture, study two modern languages (English, German) and several ancient languages (Latin, Ancient Greek, Hebrew, Church Slavonic and others),

-We prepare specialists in theology and religious studies that combine deep professional knowledge with high culture, moral values and broad outlook.

-The students of the Institute of Theology have an opportunity to do research work. Each year the Institute holds several student conferences and seminars.

- The students of the Institute of Theology have an opportunity to engage themselves in social work, environmental projects and charitable activities.

- The study process takes place in historic premises, situated in the very centre of our capital. The lecture rooms are well equipped with modern training aids with the use of modern information technologies.

- while mastering their main profession, the students of the Institute of Theology can also acquire a military profession and be commissioned at the Military Department of the BSU.
